If I can manage to attend the event, I would be pleased to join the
meeting.

I am recently operating a pilot scheme to digitalise Far East-related
works, but this year its progress is not  enough to make it a valuable
topic to talk about, concerning its experience, scope and etc. If I'm
there, I may probably prepare a lightning talk about it.
