Hi Siska, For technical issues we have this Wikisource Phabricator board: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/board/1117/ I don't know if there is already a ticket open on that issue, I never experienced that problem. Could you please provide more details, see if a ticket already exists, or open one?
@Rachmat Wahidi: if the Wikisource conference finally happens, it would be very interesting if you could share your expertise with us. I am not familiar with the arrangement you use, but having a responsible person for the whole pipeline seems very reasonable.
