Nicolas, thanks for the feedback, I have made the following changes:
* now just ask for country of residence
* links to the Wikisource Community user group page, link to the 2013
German Wikisource meetup
* rank order for the priority of features, added text for people who cannot
drag and drop asking to type it
* enabled back button

I will wait a couple of days for more comments. After that I would need
help to write a little announcement or a blog post, could anyone take care
of it?
Then we can use the blog, facebook, and mass messaging to spread it
