This sounds great; I hope it all goes really really well!

I think, from the perspective of those of us who won't be able to make it
(but who dearly love Wikisource nonetheless) that the Manifesto is of
great importance. Not that I don't love getting my brain tied in knots
thinking about Wikidata and how it should model books and whatnot; I think
that problem is going to be solved somehow, one day. The question of "what
we're trying to do" is harder (well... easier too?) and will, I hope,
benefit from face-to-face conversations. So good luck! :)

I shall be following along at home.
