After I had another hissy fit at Commons administrators about WS works being deleted and no means to track them, they created https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:SteinsplitterBot/DR/enwikisource I would encourage other wikis to talk to Steinsplitter to get a similar page set up for their wikisource.
