Hello Bodhisattwa, It seems there is going to be a "Sourcethon" during the hackathon with the local Wikisource community (page in French [1]). I am going to be available during the hackathon/sourcethon so you are welcome to join me :-).
We should also definitely plan a meetup during Wikimania.
