GeorgeOrwellIII's script for page numbers looks for the presence of
pr_quality and namespace and as I don't see that ProofreadPage puts
pr_quality into the Translation namespace, so it will fail.

that this file is now redundant)
and there is also the requirement to have the options in the sidebar
"Display Options..." which is turned on in

I have no idea why it doesn't actually display, it is meant to do so.
