It would be really great to get the Single User Login finalisation
announcement[0] translated into as many languages as possible as it
potentially affects a large number of users in each language. There is
the original announcement[1], the specific user notification for users
who will be renamed[2], and the general[3] and directed[4] CentralNotices.
