Technical changes in MediaWiki can come from a large number of people, including: local site sysops, volunteer MediaWiki core or extension developers, Wikimedia Foundation technical staff, chapter technical staff, and others I may be forgetting. If you don't say what change we're talking about, the feedback is meaningless, because no one knows who it is addressed to. -- Steven Walling, Product Manager https://wikimediafoundation.org/
