(See the -1 comment.) We initially planned to launch tomorrow, but the site was down for a bit for unrelated reasons, and we ran in to some other small issues at the last minute. The new GettingStarted version is out on English Wikipedia. When we schedule a new deployment window for next week I'll be sure to update the list here. That's when we will add it to that list of wikis.
