Jared, Does it really matter that they are not a content wiki? Seems great that we have an offer for some place out of the box, especially if the wiki 1) wants the involvement, and 2) can see value in a tool that you may not considered from the PoV of a chapter's use.
I would like to congratulate on one of the chapters for putting-up their (collective) hand to be involved in having that switch flicked.
