I would add to that, this:

*On CA, EL, EN, HE, IT, RU, UG, and ZH language wikis, HTTPS is now
mandatory for all users. It is expected other languages will be added
soon. Some bots may need to be adjusted, and users of Internet
Explorer 8, 9 and 10 will no longer have the edit summary field
auto-completed, and are encouraged to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11
if that presents an issue to them.
