I humbly don't think it should be. That's a page for Wikimedia Foundation staff and contractors; per definition is doesn't include other organizations staff and volunteers. I've instead updated the navigation template for ORES <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:ORES_navigation>, to add a link to the Wikimedia Scoring Platform team page.
