*Problems*

   - The new version <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.34/wmf.10> of
   MediaWiki for last week was not fully released due to issues. It was
   removed from most wikis on Tuesday and from test wikis on Thursday. [1]
   <https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2019-June/092212.html>
   - Most wikis were slow and then briefly read-only last week due to one
   of the database servers having a problem. It is now replaced. [2]
