Evidently, yes – User:99of9 found <https://wm-bot.wmcloud.org/browser/index.php?start=04%2F23%2F2025&end=04%2F23%2F2025&display=%23wikipedia-abstract> at least three more sandbox pages on that wiki.

To return to Doc Taxon’s question for a second – as far as I can tell, it’s not yet possible to list all pages using Wikifunctions integration, due to T392475. (I tried finding some with an insource: search, but it doesn’t really work.) So for now, I think the only way to find “real” usage examples is for a Dagbani Wikipedia community member to tell us about them :)

Thanks for this, I moved there. But maybe this warning was needed in Tech News last week, otherwise there will be more.

    As mentioned in the Wikifunctions status update

<https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Wikifunctions:Status_updates/2025-04-16>,
    please do not abuse Dagbani Wikipedia as a test wiki. The feature
    is also available for testing on test.wikipedia.org
    <http://test.wikipedia.org> (and Wikifunctions).

    Hi. Go there to the "Special:MyPage/sandbox" page, enter
    something like "{{#function:Z11022|512}}", and save the page, the
    preview does not work for now. Try other functions, using "Insert
    Function" in VisualEditor.

        Hi and thanks for integrating Wikifunctions.

        Can you tell me an example using Wikifunctions in Dagbani
        Wikipedia?

        Kind regards

<https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikifunctions:Main_Page>
                is now integrated with Dagbani Wikipedia
                <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/dag:Sol%C9%94%C9%A3u>
                since April 15. It is the first project that will be
                able to call functions from Wikifunctions

<https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikifunctions:Introduction>
                and integrate them in articles. A function is
                something that takes one or more inputs and
                transforms them into a desired output, such as adding
                up two numbers, converting miles into metres,
                calculating how much time has passed since an event,
                or declining a word into a case. Wikifunctions will
                allow users to do that through a simple call of a
                stable and global function

<https://www.wikifunctions.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Wikifunctions:Catalogue>,

            *Updates for technical contributors*

              * Following its publication on HuggingFace, the
                "Structured Contents" dataset, developed by Wikimedia
                Enterprise, is now also available on Kaggle
                <https://enterprise.wikimedia.com/blog/kaggle-dataset/>.
                This Beta initiative is focused on making Wikimedia
                data more machine-readable for high-volume reusers.
                They are releasing this beta version in a location
                that open dataset communities already use, in order
                to seek feedback, to help improve the product for a
                future wider release. You can read more about the
                overall Structured Contents project

              * There is no new MediaWiki version this week.

            *Meetings and events*

              * The Editing and Machine Learning Teams invite
                interested volunteers to a video meeting to discuss

                that will detect "peacock" or "overly-promotional" or
                "non-neutral" language whilst an editor is typing.
                Editors who work with newcomers, or help to fix this
                kind of writing, or are interested in how we use
                artificial intelligence in our projects are
                encouraged to attend. The meeting will be on April
