I've filed T398122[1] to request the reinstatement of Cindy Cicalese +2 privileges on mediawiki/core after they were removed as is policy[2] for WMF staffers that leave the Foundation.
Cindy has been a great collaborator on core and extensions and I hope you'll agree that we should reinstate her privileges. Thanks! Mark.
