Hi all, When accessing Wikimedia sites this evening, I have noticed that at the top of every wiki is the following text:
<centralnotice-template-plain_text_election_notice> This however was not appearing a few hours ago. Is there a problem that I should know about or is it my own error somewhere? Thanks. -- James R.
