Forgot to mention the numbers (you can still see them in Nicole's
presentation):

   - +100ms → -1% sales (Amazon)
   - +400ms → -5-9% abandonment (full-page traffic Yahoo! Autos front page)
   - +500ms → -20% searches (Google)
