Many people have multiple addresses, and sometimes accidentally send 
from a different address than the one they've subscribed with.

They then email the list moderator asking why their mail didn't come 
through; when I investigate I usually find that they are subscribed with 
a different address from the one they're mailing me with, and recommend 
that they send their email from the other address, at which point their 
mails get through just fine.
