We already added a room and i found myself some help with moderating. We are still heavily overbooked. We try our best not to cause too much damage, but we will have to reject some people. We will send confirmation when we have decided on this - and it's tough. I really hate it. Next time, i'ld make pre-registering mendatory. and make it a month earlier. then we wouldn't have the problem.
