Just use {{DEFAULTSORT:Einstein, Albert}} on the page about Albert 
Einstein. There's no way of doing this automatically, partly because the 
software wouldn't know what to do with names like Hillary Rodham Clinton 
(is Rodham a middle name or a surname?).
