TranslateWiki.net usually runs a pretty recent version. Right now
they're running r49060, which is less than 9 hours old. AFAIK,
Siebrand is the one who scaps TW, and he's in CEST (Amsterdam/Paris
time), so scaps may happen at weird times depending on your timezone.
