Good idea in principle. Currently doesn't cleanly round-trip, e.g. http://ria.apri.nl/mediawiki-1.14.0/index.php?title=Main_Page&action=edit&oldid=25 (compare text in standard edit box before and after clicking 'save to wikitext').
