Try using with apache for windows? http://httpd.apache.org has a Windows version, too. I have one windows machine running apache reasonably well. But don't forget that wikimedia mostly uses linux, so linux should be the most optimal choice for most of wikis. I run a small wikifarm on Fedora. Dmitriy
