Hi Chad, I am working on patching the IBM DB2 implementation in the trunk. It's not functional as is, but I have a set of patches ready to go as soon as I resolve a major bug.
Once it's in the trunk, I hope to backport the changes to the 1.16.x branch. The bug causes the "cannot find article text" message to be displayed for every page despite the text being in the database. I think it derives from several changes I've had to make to the database schema to better match the MySQL implementation.
