Hoi,
The Wikipedias in languages where the localisation is above a certain
percentage have been migrated to vector. It is for this reason that we at
translatewiki.net urge people to localise the usability initiative software
urgently because at some stage all the Wikipedias will be migrated.

The problems that will arise out of software that has not been localised are
obvious. Then again, such is life.
