The link is correct. They should be there. I have a cron fetching them. The last one which was available there is mediawiki-svndump-20100703-revs68595:68934 from jul 3. So the failure would have appeared between 4 July and 10 July. There was a power outage on 5 July. That would explain the script no longer updating it, but not the missing files.
