A long time ago, we didn't have this much of a problem with code review
(except extensions/branches) and deployment. A couple years ago, we
updated the site to trunk at least once a month from what I recall. We
still had big features (CentralAuth, preprocessor rewrite) and still ran
a fundraiser. The foundation now has probably 3 times as many staff
members as then, but from the community's POV seems to get less done.
