I was gonna suggest moving the toolbar at least, but doing so without moving the rest of WikiEditor doesn't make much sense. If we make the WikiEditor default config sane so the unstable features are disabled by default (Trevor may already have done this, I don't remember) I guess telling people to install WikiEditor after which the toolbar will Just Work for them is fine.
