Even releasing 1.17, which was the most hellish release ever, didn't take that long to prepare. That's assuming we branch 1.18 really soon now, which I think we should do, cause if we wait for tool ong it'll just be another 1.17. 1.19 for November might be a little bit tight but I guess we could shoot for it.
