For about the last 12 hours I have been unable to reliably connect to WMF
wikis. Ive tried both Firefox and IE8 both without success. Pages either
load and proceed to hang forever, or partial page contents are loaded. There
have been multiple reports in -tech about this from multiple people
spanning at least half the globe.
