Baseball Bugs reports that the Make Your Own feature in WikiLove doesn't work for him, and he gets an API error consistently.
I asked him to go to the following URL to make sure that it returns a result for him: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&format=xml&titles=File%3ATrophy.png&prop=imageinfo Instead of getting a result from the API, he gets a 403 error: "The website declined to show this webpage / HTTP 403" What could possibly be the reason for this? Is there an IP blacklist for the API or something?
