AFT Fixes * Linking page titles in the Dashboard at Special:ArticleFeedback * (bug 28125) Don't load the ext.articleFeedback module, nor initialize it on inexisting pages * Comment: They were dummy values since the database didn't exist yet at this point in development. I choose different dummy values per experimentation.
