formatting tweaks for hi.wiki Comment: These are both minor formatting tweaks to fix cosmetic issues that were surfaced by deploying WikiLove to the Hindi Wikipedia. The first change makes sure that the dialog box doesn't get a scroll bar due to occasional 1-pixel overflow (I think this must be a CSS rounding bug in Firefox, as height:auto should not overflow). The second change is to make sure that the WikiLove tab text is hidden in Vector. Some letters in Hindi apparently have very tall ascenders, so the tops are still visible at the normal line-height.
