html:key should be self-closing in jquery.localize unit tests. More IE6, 7 and 8 fixes for jquery.localize unit tests. html:key should be self-closing. This was in most tests, but accidentally forgotten in a few. Other browsers are looser on this, but IE is very strict about it.
