Here's part of the "long tail" of making everything fully compliant with HTTPS page delivery.
I've noticed that there seem to be mixed-content problems with HTTPS-loaded Wikipedia pages which display the fundraiser banner. At least part of the problem seems to be this image: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/foundation/3/3d/CNbasicButtonParts.png which is apparently loaded by the banner via a URL hard-coded into the central notice CSS. Can anyone else verify this?
