Adding ApiExplorer extension which uses the API to dynamically generate API documentation on Special:ApiExplorer. Depends on the JavascriptAPI extension (currently in Wikia codebase). Would be nice to make this extension able to be aware of the examples that api.php submits & even to let it submit the examples. Comment: Updated in r99229.
