Full URL: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/99227 Commit summary: Got most of the way through the process of more or less centralizing the various DonationInterface installation files. Basically, all the globals, auto-loaded classes, hooks, and everything else will be eaten by the main donationinterface.php file. Functions were left where they were to be conditionally included or not, based on LocalSettings. All that remains is the two current gateway adapters, and any bug squashing that will certainly ensue.
