adding AJAX Poll extension. JavaScript should be cleaned up (and maybe rewritten to use jQuery?) so that we can support ResourceLoader and functions in AJAXPoll.php should be moved into a new class instead of them being in the global scope. Comment: There is not inherently any site specific in them, it just happens to be twn where translation happens. Opting out does not help if nobody writes them in the first place.
