Re-apply Vitaliy Filippov's patch from Bug #29283 with a modification to make it work when no ACCEL cache is available. Comment: I guess so. So far it only exists as an IRC convo between me and Tim, after Niklas told me about manualRecache and how he uses it at TWN.
