(bug 29475) Remove "trackback" feature entirely from core. This has been disabled-by-default since its inception and nobody uses it. If someone really really wants this, they can write an extension. Language files need rebuilding, but I took care of En and messages.inc. Comment: The table should be retained in case there's someone who really uses this feature and they may want to use the trackbacks data in the future (e.g. by writing an extension).
