These mock-ups were developed by Shivansh Shrivastava

at the Mumbai Hackathon. I've cleaned up the file structure
a bit but otherwise haven't modified them.
FloatingToc/ - transparent table of contents which can be accessed
by means of an activation icon on the left side.
Login/ - AJAX login that slides into view
DynamicMainPage - Redesign of the English Wikipedia Main Page with
two dynamic elements: a news ticker and a slideshow.

This file stopped my "svn up" with an error about UTF-8 representation until I
did the following in bash:
$ export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
