Old Status: fixme > New Status: new Commit summary for Wikimedia.r467: Setting up bootstrap. Jpostlethwaite's comment: I fixed the reason why this appeared to be a problem in r999. This is the bootstrap file used by Listener.php. It is also used by the unit tests. When I moved it to the root to be shared by the main line of code, I forgot to remove: @category UnitTesting We do not use those tags anyway.
