Well, the "bug tracking thing" is bugzilla itself. If there's not a bug
for the problems you experience, you should create one.

What you mention could be presented as several bugs all blocking a
tracking one.

You can go into #mediawiki on irc and try to get someone to look at it
when it's happening (remember to mention that it's just for unlogged users).
