I agree.  This is how I have been handling it.

I leave Severity alone.

Priority defaults to unprioritized.

I make a first pass at prioritization with most things going into
"Normal".

I think we have a pretty good handle on things in the "Highest" priority,
but with recent activity and the limited prioritization I've done while
on my break, there are too many things in "Highest" now.

I will cull the list on Tuesday, but if anyone wants to take a shot now,
be my guest.

(Still to discuss: How do I/we handle "High" priority bugs?)
