I'm working with Siebrand Mazeland to hold a l10n and i18n triage in a
couple of weeks. You are all invited as usual.
Bugs and issues to be covered are TBD, but this is the area of code that
affects every user of MediaWiki, so I expect we'll cover a lot of ground.
