(i18n #612) Nikerabbit's comment: From acceptance criteria: :When a translatable page is tagged with “Force limit”, will display all language codes that are in “preferred language codes” and clicking the (red) language name link of an untranslated language will lead to the translation user interface for that language. My story was poorly named.
