Roundup < http://roundup.sourceforge.net/ >, the tracker used for http://bugs.python.org, might also be a candidate to consider. It's one of the bug trackers I find least annoying to use . However, wouldn't adapting Bugzilla to be less annoying be a more sensible option? Converting bugs always is somewhat annoying.
