During this triage, we'll cover all unassigned blockers for the 1.19
tarball.
Now it is time to really focus on getting a developer on each one. Look
over the following bugs and, if you think you can handle it, feel free
to assign it to yourself. If you see that you are assigned to a bug you
won't be able to fix, please remove yourself from it.
Since I'd like to have a tarball ready by the end of the month, any bugs
that do not have a developer assigned to them will be published to
wikitech-l later Wednesday.
