That's what they proposed it should look like. Currently, there is a direct link to the Czech Wikipedia (and all the other Wikipedias) on www.wikipedia.org, like you said.
But in the proposal from http://www.wikipediaredefined.com/, which is what I was replying to (but wasn't quoted in Mark's email), it is the way I described.
